Join your neighbors and stayhealthy and fit in Ballantyne! The Ballantyne Hotel makes it easy for us to work on our fitness. With yoga instructors like Betsy and Lauren, working out is fun. Try their Sunrise & sunset yoga sessions at The Ballantyne Hotel & Lodge. Betsy and Lauren willintroduce you to fun outdoor yoga and some wonderful stretching routines on the South Lawn of the hotel. And for you yogis out there, the Sunrise sessions will be Hatha Yoga– focusing on relaxation, meditation, stress reduction, restoration and flexibility. While theSunset sessions will be Power Vinyasa Yoga, concentrating on strength, sculpting, toning, flexibility and core building. Perfect way to start and/or end your day.
And if you want more, you’re in luck!– Hourly sessions will be offered September 8 through October 4, Mondays and Wednesdays at 7pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8am and Saturdays at 8:30am.
