Party for a Cause!
Put on your dancing shoes, boots and jeans and come on over to Dilworth Neighborhood Grille this Saturday evening! This is the 4th Annual Gimme Shelter Party which benefits United Family Services Shelter for Battered Women.
Domestic Violence is a huge problem nationwide. Many women think they have no where to go – especially if they have children to protect. They will stay in an abusive relationship to protect their children. The Shelter for Battered Women provides a safe place for women to stay while they evaluate their options. There are counselors available and other services provided to help these women and their children.
Underground Detour
A $10 donation at the door gets you in. Live music will be provided by Underground Detour with a special appearance by Chad Champion aka “Elvis”! Last year we raised over $4000 and we hope to raise that and more this year.So, party for a cause and , please, bring your friends!
